How can i transfer individual iTunes songs onto a flash drive?

I'm trying to transfer some songs from iTunes onto my flash drive so my friend can import the songs into her iTunes library, but I can't figure out how to do that. I tried to Google it but it only gave me directions on how to transfer my whole library, not just a select few songs. Help!How can i transfer individual iTunes songs onto a flash drive?
