Anyone familiar with driving to/from Orlando International Airport?

I was checking out the roads on Google Earth and it looks SUPER confusing. I'll be flying there soon and need to get on Florida 417 toward Disney World, and then get back for my return flight. With all of the different roads that are seemingly tangled together, is it easy enough to find your way in and out of the airport to and from the 417? Are there lots of signs pointing you in the right direction? It makes me a little nervous because I've never flown into that airport before (I've always flown into Sanford) and I don't want to get lost. Also, are there signs pointing you in the right direction as far as where to drop off your rental car?Anyone familiar with driving to/from Orlando International Airport?
Sorry Fixer, it's been a while sice you've been to MCO clearly. Nearly ALL of the car rental agencies are now on the airport in the North parking lot. As of this spring, Hertz will move there too and that'll be all of them in one place. Orlando International has more than its' fair share of tourists and more than a fair share of those tourists are driving and from another country.

The airport is incredibly well signposted as is SR417. There are essentially 2 entrances to MCO, from the North (528, the Turnpike and I-95) and from the south (417). You can't miss the airport from the 417 and you can't miss the 417 from the south exit of the airport. If you are really concerned, go with one of the rental firms which offers GPS or Sat Navs for rent. Most do these days. If you already have one, or a GPS enabled cell phone, activate the US maps on it. It'll save you money over renting a sat nav and it will be really useful for your whole visit.Anyone familiar with driving to/from Orlando International Airport?
