Directions to hudson bay?

google maps gives NO help! i want to drive from erie, PA to the Polar Bear provincial park (hudson bay) Directions to hudson bay?
You cannot drive to Polar Bear Park in northern Ontario. There are no roads.

There are also no visitor facilities.

You need to obtain a permit well in advance to land a small bush plane there.

There is no human occupation... and the only evidence there is of former habitation is an abandoned radar station.

In answer to your last edit: The chance of driving to anywhere on Hudson's Bay is slim to none, and slim left town. There might be a way to get close, but it would be on the east shore, in a village in Quebec called Waskaganish, and it goes to the James Bay portion of Hudson Bay.Directions to hudson bay?
Sorry, it's only accessible by air.

Maybe you better do some more research before you go. A quick search of the park name produced a web page and some info, the first words of which were "remote, and accessible only by air".

Edit: if you're worried about terrorists attacking the plane, I think you're being a bit paranoid. Somehow I don't think that a bush plane in Northern Ontario is a prime target for terrorists. Maybe you better drive across the border to Pickle Lake and catch a plane from there. You cannot drive to the park so if you really want to go you'll have to fly, unless you're prepared to spend a week or two in a canoe.
