there is this movie i saw.. probably in like 1999.. all i can remember is that there was this girl and a guy and she was driving him to memphis to go to a college for some reason.. and i remember them stealing gas from someones car(I think it might have been a cop car on the side of the road or someone they were asking directions from), they used a cut off hose to steal the gas... and thats pretty much all i remember lol... but i really want to figure out what movie this was! i did try typing this info into google, and i got nothing.... please help me figure this out... I am not sure but I think it may be Overnight Delivery with Paul Rudd and Reese Witherspoon. They are driving to deliver a tape to Rudd's girlfriend.

This movie is hilarious its called rat race, it has mr. bean and a bunch of famous people, it was a cop car on the side of the road and they played it off as if the guy was peeing lol, classic haha.
